This is a small sized hat that is 18 inches around the wide band section (unstretched) and the band is about 2 1/2 inches wide.
The whole hat - when unworn - is about 3 1/2" high and will vary depending upon how you will wear it - see the photos that show the two ways in which to wear this style of hat.
1.) pulled straight down over the ears so that it acts as an ear-muff and a hat.
Or
2.)in the normal beret style - tilted to the side
* Please measure your head, but this should fit a child, smaller tween or smaller adult.
