This is a medium sized hat that is 14" inches around at the top of the hood and 18 inches around the bottom of the hood part - the scarf part is about 47" long (unstretched) and about 5 1/2 inches wide.
This would be great to help keep your neck warm on those cold days - just wear the hood as normal and then wrap the scarf part around your neck. Then put your coat on while keeping the scarf part tucked under your coat collar so the scarf acts sort of like a turtleneck.
* Please measure your head, but this should fit the average tween to the average adult lady.
