Measures about 1 7/16" across x 3/8" high - not counting the pin back.
There are 14 aurora borealis rhinestones (mainly in the purples/blues/golds hues) and each is 1/4" across.
The pearl, which I'd imagine is faux, is slightly smaller.
I did not see it marked/signed anywhere.
This looks in great vintage condition from what I could see - not perfect of course and could use a cleaning, but very nice !
