During the April 16th 2009 TODAY show, Dr. Nancy Snyderman was discussing ways to take care of yourself in these stressful times and she mentioned using Aromatherapy - in particular lavender for stress.
Most of these have a matching or co-ordinating neck pillow, travel pillow, sleep pillow, dream pillow, and/or sachets too.
This is another of my hand-cut and hand-sewn eye mask/pillows.
This one is made of an Aqua, green, white and teal paisley print soft flannel fleece fabric.
It is 6 3/4" across, 3 1/2" top to bottom, 1 1/4" thick and it has a 20 1/2" teal colored elastic strap that is 3/8" wide.
The extra long strap is for someone who needs it, but if you don't need it that long - you can tie a knot in it to shorten it.
(all measurements are approx).
Nose opening is 1" across the top and 1 1/2" across the bottom and it is 1/2" deep/high.
It is very soft and pretty flexible to conform to your face.
Stuffed with real lavender buds and a little fiberfill to keep the lavender from bunching up and add to the wearing comfort/softness.
Because this has REAL herbs/flowers inside, it cannot be washed so please use a washable liner underneath.
