A Dakin 1991 Jim Ownby Memorial Bear, designed by gifted bear artist, Peggy Maxwell in Jim Ownby's image as a tribute to him. Jim was the founder and chairman of Good Bears of the World. GBW was chartered in 1973 for the purpose of placing a teddy bear in the arms of traumatized children of all ages to ease loneliness and inspire love and compassion through an ageless symbol of love, the teddy bear. #30-6160.
He is fully jointed, stuffed plush, no pellets and measures approx. 14" tall. He is in great condition with hang tags and tushie tag.
Dressed in a black vest, white shirt, and a red and blue striped tie. He has wireless glasses on his nose. he is a gray plush.
Not recommended for children under the age of 3.
