This one seems to have worn once or twice or else it was tried on at the store a few times as the label is a little yellowed and worn at the edge.
There is some dust and wear/fraying at the end of the ribbon 'tail'.
It is a wide-brimmed thin/fine straw (or similar) and ribbon fancy picture hat.
The brim is almost flat and slightly slopes down in dramatic fashion.
It has a wide grosgrain ribbon around the band that is layers of black and white sewn together. It also forms the 'tail' that hang down at the right back.
Attatched to the ribbon band on the right side, is a black and white teardrop shaped straw (or similar) applique detail.
It is about 14 1/2 x 14 1/2 inches from brim to brim across the hat.
Inside is about 6 3/4 x 7 inches and it is about 6 1/2 inches high overall.
Also has Union Made in U.S.A. label behind the main label and it's numbered: DT 671765
Sale price reflects the condition issues.

As hats are delicate, they need to be sent in a box and packed carefully which means it adds to the cost of getting it to you, but this cannot be helped.
