Nice N.O.S. (new old stock - meaning old, but never sold so never used) vintage hat that belonged to Mrs. F - owner of the old Valley View Department Store in Brookfield, Ohio.
She sold several of her store's NOS vintage items to me several years back.
From being displayed on the shelf, the velvet at the very end of one of the wire holders has worn through a bit, but it should be an easy fix.
It is about 9 x 7 3/4 inches from brim to brim across the hat.
This is cream colored vintage hat with chocolate brown velvet covered wire 'holder onto head loops' and the decoration at the front.
The inside base is a peach/pink with a chocolate brown grosgrain ribbon band.
This pretty vintage hat also has a lighter brown veil.
Inside is about 6 1/4 x 7 1/4
* I do not clean the items - I sell them in the same condition as I find them as I am not an expert.
As hats are delicate, they need to be sent in a box and packed carefully which means it adds to the cost of getting it to you, but this cannot be helped.
