During the April 16th 2009 TODAY show, Dr. Nancy Snyderman was discussing ways to take care of yourself in these stressful times and she mentioned using Aromatherapy - in particular lavender for stress.
Most of these have a matching or co-ordinating neck pillow, travel pillow, sleep pillow, dream pillow, and/or sachets too.
This is another of my hand-cut and hand-sewn eye masks - pillows.
This one is made of a dark brown faux fur.
It is 10" across, 4 1/2" top to bottom, 2 1/4" thick and it has a 12 1/4" (unstretched) brown and white...criss-crossed pattern 3/4" wide cotton covered elastic strap.
(all measurements are approx).
Nose opening is 1" across at the top and 1 1/2" across at the bottom and it is 1 1/4" deep/high.
It is SO soft and made to feel almost like real fur.
Look at the close-up and see if you can see the grooves in this just like the real thing.
Stuffed with real lavender buds, Rose buds and petals, Mugwort, Rosemary, Chamomile flowers, Hops flowers, Borage, Orris root and a little fiberfill to keep the herbs from bunching up and add to the wearing comfort/softness.
Because this has REAL herbs/flowers inside, it cannot be washed so please use a washable liner underneath.
