Shipping cost includes a small handling fee to cover the packaging and Delivery Confirmation...
As with any other product, if you are allergic to any ingredient included in one of my products - do not use it.
* I reserve the right to postpone the shipping of my products due to weather conditions...
***I will NOT ship my perfumes during hot weather as the delicate aromas from the flowers and herbs... can be hurt from the heat.
* My lip and body balms may melt somewhat during warm weather and may need to be put in the fridge to firm up but the quality will be fine as this product is not worn for it's scent - so DO NOT ORDER them in warm weather if the possibility of the above bothers you.
Also, do not keep my lip balms, body balms, or perfumes... in your car or anywhere else where they could be exposed to heat or the sun - they will melt.
***Perfumes are best used within 3 months of purchase***

***My products must be stored in a dry and cool environment***
Again - there are no returns, exchanges or refunds... and your completing of an order indicates that you understand and agree to the terms of this store.
* I only ship to the address that is recorded in the PayPal checkout form. Gift orders can be sent to someone other than to your own name and address IF that is the address that you put on the form AND put a little note in the box letting me know any relevant details.
I also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if the need arises.
I do use delivery confirmation on my packages so that I will know when your package safely arrives at your door.
I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands.
The Postal service is to be contacted if they damage or lose a package.
If you would like postal insurance on your package, it will cost extra - just ask and I will invoice you for the difference.
Please note:
Due to the nature of most of my products being hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind, and/or vintage - there will be NO refunds/exchanges/returns so please read the product descriptions very carefully, look at the photos and ask any questions to be sure of your purchase beforehand.

*Import duties, taxes and other such charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility so, Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be BEFORE buying.any of my items.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up.
I will not mark merchandise values lower than they are nor will I mark them as "gifts" to try to get around this as USA and International government regulations prohibit this sort of thing.
Also, know your local laws, and please do not order anything that is illegal to for you to import.
*PLEASE - you may put desired items in your shopping cart and fill out your shipping information... to get your order on record so no one else can buy it - BUT do not pay for your order until I check on the shipping costs for your country and add them to the total.

You are safe to order from my store as I do not sell, rent or give out your information to 3rd parties.
The checkout process is on a secure server and although you may register to save yourself time when you come back, you do not have to register to order from my store.
