* These are just wonderful for those of us who are environmentally aware. Because these are 100% cotton muslin bags AND the contents are 100% natural, the bags and the contents can be composted.
I like to refill them and reuse them as long as I can and then throw them in with my other compostable things.
* I will tie the tops in a bow to let YOU decide how you want to use them. You can leave the bow as is and use these in a drawer and refill them later, you can leave the bow and add a ribbon... to hang these up in a closet or on your car's mirror - etcetera. Or, you can untie the bow to make a knot at the base to keep the contents from spilling out and just compost the whole thing later (you can still add a natural fiber ribbon for hanging these or just tie another knot at the top of the string to use for hanging these and then compost these).
* I make bath salt "Teas" from the 4x6" size bags and encourage my Vintage & Gift Shop customers to reuse and compost those too.
